Facebook for business is one of the best ways to build your own community, respond and share to customers and potential customers, share information and utilize Facebook features to get to know your audience.

STEP ONE
Make sure you pick a search-friendly name for your page – preferably your company or brand name. Stick to keeping your name short and simple, and don’t be tempted to add in keywords relevant to your brand, it comes across as spammy.
STEP TWO
Choose a custom vanity URL for your page. This will ensure your page is easily discovered when people try search for you. As long as your page has 25+ likes, you will be able to set your URL to whatever you so choose. Once you have claimed your URL, only you will be able to use this, making it extremely unique to your brand.
STEP THREE
Utilize and fill out your About section. Showcase your brand as best you can, create a capturing statement that lets customers know who you are and what you are about. As soon as a customer heads to your page, they should be able to easily find your contact address, social media handles, operation hours and web addresses.
STEP FOUR
These images accompany your business name when a customer searches for you and when your page comments on anything. Upload unique, good quality profile and cover photos. This is your first impression so make sure it is a good one.

Customize your page with Facebook tabs. These tabs will show on the left-hand side of your page, your standard options such as About Section will show but you can also add other tabs such as a link to a shop or Instagram. You can also create specialized tabs that can share offers and competitions.
